Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (delivered next day before 1pm, guaranteed) £9.75 (available on most products, email us to arrange special delivery).

Orders with larger items such as doggie beds delivery is £9.75 or free for orders over £75

Returns and Exchange Policy

You can return any item if you are not completely happy with it (not incl P&P). The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels still attached and in a resalable condition. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of your order being received to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Please contact us if you need to send your item(s) back so we can give you a returns reference number. We ask that you obtain proof of posting when you send item(s) back to us. It is your responsibility to make sure the package reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items being lost in the post. If the item(s) do not fit will be happy to exchange the item(s) for another size, however postage will be charged again at £3.95. If we do not have stock of the size required, we can either issue you a refund, a credit note or hold on until we receive new stock. Please note we are not always able to give a timescale for when new stock will arrive.
